Suvigna Shour

Suvigna Shour is currently the Head of Store Operations at SuperK, where they are instrumental in enhancing retail strategies for brand expansion. They co-founded ofScale in 2022, focusing on helping digital-first brands navigate traditional trade. Suvigna's past roles include significant positions at Marico Limited, where they served as Sales Transformation Manager and Brand Manager, as well as at Kellogg Company as an Area Sales Manager. They hold a PGDM in Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Warangal.
