Operations

The Operations team at SuperK is responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day activities across the company's mini supermarkets. This includes everything from coordinating inbound logistics, overseeing store launches and operations, managing franchise sales and area operations, to maintaining facilities and inventory control. They work together to streamline processes, optimize supply chain efficiency, and support local entrepreneurs in running successful grocery stores.
