Ilya Shtraikher

Ilya (Eli) Shtraikher is an experienced technology leader and entrepreneur, currently serving as the Head of Applied Research & Services at Superlinked, a vector embedding framework for AI teams. As a co-founder and board member of Taatzumot, Ilya contributes to an integrative health program that offers personalized therapy plans. Previous roles include serving as Products & Technology Advisor at cōpe and co-founding Bright Silk. Notably, Ilya spent a decade at InLoop Inc. as Chief Products & Technology Officer, during which the company was acquired by Media 10 Ltd. Ilya's early career includes significant contributions to the Israeli Air Force as an R&D team leader, focusing on avionics software for F-16 fighter jets. Ilya holds multiple degrees, including an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a second MBA in Technology, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship Management from Tel Aviv University.
