Jan Baeriswyl

Jan Baeriswyl is a founding partner at very early Ventures, where they invest in early-stage Web3 projects. Previously, Jan served as a senior token designer at Outlier Ventures, advising over 50 teams on token economies and conducting workshops on various token mechanisms. Jan co-founded Primeflow, which enabled companies to build private scout networks, and held various roles at Google, including a marketing associate focused on privacy and security initiatives. Jan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universität St. Gallen and has participated in multiple exchange programs across universities.
