Marlon Pascoal

Marlon Pascoal is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in the real estate and startup sectors. Currently serving as CTO of Vertical Imobiliárias at Superlógica Tecnologias since November 2021, Marlon plays a pivotal role following the merger with Arbo. As a co-founder and CTO of Arbo Imóveis, contributions include the development of scalable products such as a Real Estate CRM and a high-performance website. In addition, Marlon has held various leadership positions, including mentor at the Hotmilk accelerator, local director at the Founder Institute, and vice president of the Londrina Region IT Cluster. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Machine Learning and multiple degrees in engineering and technology, complemented by recent courses in product leadership and retention strategies.
