Justin Clayden

Justin Clayden is an experienced leader in the telecommunications sector, currently serving as Network Facilities Lead at Superloop since October 2025. Previously, Justin held the position of Field Service Manager for Service Stream, managing a large team supporting the NBN Unify Services project across Queensland. With a significant tenure at T-Mobile, Justin advanced from RF SME Engineer to Senior Manager Operations, where oversight included technical support for over 300 field technicians and the establishment of national operational standards. Additional roles span across companies such as Nexius, Rogers, Aircom, Ericsson, Cingular, and Hutchison, demonstrating extensive expertise in RF engineering. Justin holds an Honours degree in Microelectronic Engineering with a focus on Telecommunications from Griffith University.
