Roy Hubashy has worked in a variety of roles in the Quality Assurance field since 2004. Roy started as a M.Sc research student at Jacob Blaustein institutes for BIotechnology at Ben Gurion University in 2004, where they characterized the growth of H. pluvialis unicellular alga cell wall-less mutant and optimized growth conditions and defined physiological conditions favoring biochemical and molecular manipulations. In 2006, they moved to Bio-Technology General, working in the QC department. In 2008, they took a role as SITE MANAGER at Frutarom. In 2014, they moved to Taam Art. as a QA Manager. In 2016, they moved to Lumus Ltd. as a QA Manager. Finally, in 2019, they joined InspireMD as a Senior QA Specialist before taking their current role as Head Of Quality Assurance at SuperMeat in 2021.
Roy Hubashy received their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev between 2010 and 2013. Prior to this, they obtained a M.Sc in Biotechnology from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev between 2004 and 2006. Roy also obtained a B.Sc. in Life Sciences from Ben Gurion University between 2002 and 2006.
