Arpitha S. is currently serving as an AI Solutions Architect at Supermicro since June 2024, where responsibilities include building the AI Stack for the SuperCloud Orchestrator platform. Previously, Arpitha held the position of Senior LLM/SLM Engineer at atronous.ai, focusing on parameter-efficient fine-tuning techniques for small language models and conducting comprehensive evaluations. Experience also includes working as a Prompt Engineer at Outlier, training AI systems to code with reinforcement learning, and an AI Intern role at Stealth, where LLM security validation frameworks were developed. Prior to these positions, Arpitha contributed to software development at Tata Consultancy Services and HCLSoftware. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Computer Software Engineering from San Jose State University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Malnad College of Engineering, graduating with First Class with Distinction.
