Danny Hanson

Danny Hanson currently serves as the Director of AI Networking at Supermicro, focusing on advanced networking solutions for Data Center interconnections. With over two decades of experience at Cisco, Danny held several key positions, including CTO of the Cloud & Compute Business Unit, where responsibilities encompassed product technology strategy and architecture related to AI and compute workloads. Danny's career at Cisco also included roles as Senior Director for UCS & Intersight Products, Director of Technical Marketing, and Technical Marketing Engineer, contributing significantly to the Unified Computing System launch and development. Prior experience includes a Technical Consultant role at Inacom and a Developer position at the United States Department of Defense. Danny holds a Master of Science in Electronics Engineering from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering from North Dakota State University.
