Rita Cochell

Rita Cochell is an experienced compliance and audit professional with a robust background in IT security and internal audit roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Compliance at Supermicro since August 2019, Rita has held previous positions including IT Security Consultant at RGP, Enterprise Director at RMC Consulting, and Consultant roles at ARC Consulting LLC and DataStax. Rita's significant experience includes leadership roles such as Director of Internal Audit and SOX at Logitech and Senior Director of Internal Audit at KLA-Tencor, where risk assessments were developed to inform audit plans. Rita also established the Internal Audit and Compliance department at Advent Software and contributed to client compliance solutions during time with Protiviti. Rita earned a BS in Accounting from San Francisco State University and has further education from Oregon State University.
