Tim Chang

Tim Chang is a seasoned Test Engineer at Supermicro, a position held since February 2023. Previously, Tim served as a Senior Production Engineer, Production Engineer, and System Engineer at Exxact Corporation from November 2017 to February 2023. Earlier experience includes work as a System Engineer at ASA Computers, where responsibilities involved server configuration, testing, and script writing for orders. Tim also contributed as a Lab Teaching Assistant at Northwestern Polytechnic University, assisting students with Verilog HDL coding. Prior engineering roles were held at ASE Group and HSD. Tim holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Chip Design from San Francisco Bay University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from FengChia University.
