Rob Higbie

Rob Higbie is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in rotor design and engineering management. Currently serving as a Rotors Engineer at Supernal, Rob is responsible for rotor simulations and onsite testing, having developed innovative tools to enhance rotor blade design and analysis processes. Previously, Rob held various positions at Sikorsky, including Blades Engineering Manager and FARA CP Main Rotor Blade Design Lead, where significant team expansion and project oversight were achieved. Rob's earlier roles included design engineering at companies such as Bell Helicopter and Rolls-Royce, contributing to rotor hub component design and safety initiatives. Rob's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and further studies at Southern Methodist University.
