John Fitzgerald

John Fitzgerald has worked in various roles throughout their career. John started in 1999 at ESB International as a Business Development Manager and later became a Trading Manager. In 2003, they joined Coolkeeragh ESB as a Commercial Manager. In 2006, they briefly worked as a Business Development Manager at ESB International before moving to EirGrid in 2007. At EirGrid, they held roles as a Project Director and eventually became the Director of Grid Development, responsible for the development, upgrade, and maintenance of the transmission system. Most recently, they started working as the CEO at SuperNode Ltd in November 2018.

John Fitzgerald completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from University College Dublin, from 1987 to 1991. John then pursued further education and earned an MBA in Business from the same university, attending from 1997 to 1999.
