Chris Sharp

Chris Sharp has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Chris started their career as a Trainee Chartered Accountant at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they dealt with creditors, staff, and suppliers of wound-up companies. Chris then moved on to dmg world media, where they held multiple positions, including Group Financial Accountant, Vice President Finance, and Senior Vice President Finance. In these roles, they managed financial transactions, prepared cashflow and tax forecasts, implemented new financial systems, and led the consolidation and analysis of financial information. Afterward, they worked at BP as a Finance Manager and Commercial Support Manager, overseeing reporting, planning, and financial control. Chris'sresponsibilities also included leading teams, negotiating commercial contracts, and analyzing charter party contracts and port agency activity. Most recently, Chris held the positions of Finance Director and Group CFO at Creative Assembly and SuperNova Capital, respectively. Overall, Chris Sharp has gained extensive experience in finance, accounting, and leadership roles throughout their career.

Chris Sharp attended the University of Hull from 1993 to 1997, where they received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. In 2000, they obtained a certification in ACA from the ICAEW institution.
