Prior roles include Partnerships Account Manager at THG, where responsibilities involved building relationships with top-tier beauty brand partners and achieving revenue targets, as well as Partnerships Account Executive at L'Oréal, focusing on brand management for Yves Saint Laurent Beauté in the Baltic countries. Olga began a career in e-commerce coordination for leading fashion designer Ramune Piekautaite, prior to earning a Master's degree in Business and Entrepreneurship from The University of Manchester and a BA in Business and Communication from the University of Liverpool.
