Currently, Ray serves as an Engineer at Superod since May 2025. Prior to this role, Ray accumulated significant expertise in production and operations management in the energy sector while working as Production Manager at Ring Energy, Inc. and Wishbone Energy Partners, LLC. Additional positions include impactful roles as Permian Operations Manager at Tabula Rasa Energy, Operations Engineering Advisor at Memorial Resource Development Corp., and various engineering and managerial positions at Saga Petroleum, Berry Petroleum Company, Apache Corporation, XTO Energy, and Equity Oil Company.
