Jayakumar K.

Jayakumar K. has a long history of success in the tech industry. Jayakumar began their career in 2000 as a Member Leadership Staff at Zoho Corporation, where they acted as Product Owner for multiple products. In 2013, they moved to Inteliment Australia as a Senior Software Engineer and then to Optus as a Senior Software Engineer - Big Data Analytics. In 2017, they joined Zarget as VP of Engineering and Freshworks Inc. (formerly Freshdesk) as Director of Engineering. In 2020, they became Co-founder, CPO, and CTO of SuperOps.ai. At Freshworks Inc., they built an ingenious, intuitive Reports platform, and at Zarget they worked on an interesting new product. At Optus, they worked on a greenfield product from scratch to deployment, and at Inteliment Australia they worked on a big data project collecting data from millions of mobiles and creating business insights.

Jayakumar K. completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Shanmugha Arts, Science, Technology & Reserch Academy (SASTRA), Thanjavur between 1996 and 2000. Jayakumar then went on to pursue an M.S. in Software Systems at BITS, Pilani, India, which they completed in 2005.
