Derek TRAU has had diverse work experience in various industries. Derek started their career as a Co-Founder of Neofunkt, an innovative design and online agency. Derek then worked at Catcha.com, a network of portals serving the ASEAN markets. After that, they worked as a Management Consultant at marchFIRST, specializing in e-business engagements. Derek then joined Hutchison - Three, where they played a role in launching the first 3G network in Australia. Derek also worked at iTouch, providing mobile value add services to mobile operators and media owners. Derek later became a Shareholder - VP at Carbon Conservation - Home Group, focusing on conserving tropical rainforests. Derek then joined Carbon Agro, a leader in environmental technology services. Derek also held positions at Whogives Pte Ltd, developing wearable technology solutions, and WXH International, a mobile social commerce platform. Currently, they work as the COO at SuperOrdinary, a global growth partner and omnichannel distributor for beauty brands.
