Sven Hammecher

Sven Hammecher, MSc SSCP is a professional with extensive experience in SAP authorizations and security consulting. Currently serving as Template Lead Consultant for SAP Authorizations at Damen, Sven is responsible for developing and scaling the authorization template to meet business needs. Previous roles at Damen include Lead SAP S&A Consultant for the Workboats and Naval divisions, focusing on SAP S/4HANA setups, role assignments, and Fiori configurations. Earlier positions include security consulting at SUPERP and ATS Global, as well as an SAP IdM Consultant role at Maastricht University, where Sven was active in designing and implementing SAP solutions. Sven's educational background includes a Master's degree in Organization Studies from Tilburg University and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Avans University of Applied Sciences.
