Amir Hanin

Amir Hanin is the current Chief Financial Officer at SuperPlay. Prior to this, they served as a Teaching Assistant for Finance at IDC Herzliya from January 2017 to December 2020. Before that, they were the Vice President of Finance at Teridion from January 2016 to September 2021.

At Teridion, Amir led the company's funding activity and built the finance department infrastructure and team. Amir also made significant improvements to the company's gross margin by designing and implementing a cost/performance ratio matrix to the product's backbone. Additionally, they built the company's pricing module and long term business module. Finally, they designed and implemented a new cross organization ERP Solution (NetSuite) as well as several cross-organization operational processes (Product-Sales-OPS-Finance).

As VP of Finance, Amir also gave presentations and reports to the company's Board of Directors and Shareholders. Amir was responsible for the company's legal matters (commercial, employment, equity, trademarks & patents), HR & admin, budget planning & management, global tax strategy management, and monthly & quarterly financial statements (US GAAP), BvA & forecast.

Amir has a wealth of experience in financial and tax reporting in accordance with both Israeli GAAP and US GAAP. Amir is also experienced in government grants and OCS reporting.

Amir Hanin has a Master of Business Administration from Tel Aviv University - Coller School of Management, where they specialized in financial management. Amir also has a B.A. from Tel Aviv University in accounting and economics. In addition, they have completed the Directors' and Officers' Program at Reichman University (IDC Herzliya) through IDC Executive and Continuing Education.

Amir Hanin reports to Gilad Almog, Founder & CEO. Amir Hanin works with Eyal Netzer - Founder & General Manager, Dice Dreams, Roman B Oumansky - Chief Creative Officer, and Noam Banon - CMO.
