Monisha Dikshit

Monisha Dikshit has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Monisha began their career as a Process Planning Engineer at Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, where they were responsible for project planning and resource assessment. Monisha then worked as a Project Manager at Avishkar Hyperloop IIT Madras before joining A.P. Moller - Maersk as a Summer Intern, where they focused on evaluating container sales in India. Monisha then joined Zycus as an Assistant Product Marketing Manager, where they received the Rising Star award for the Most Promising Employee in Marketing. Their responsibilities included developing positioning and messaging strategies and creating sales enablement materials. Monisha later moved on to Freightwalla as an Associate Product Marketing Manager, before starting their current role as a Product Marketing Manager at SuperProcure. Monisha has a strong background in product marketing and a track record of exceeding expectations in their roles.

Monisha Dikshit completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the DoMS, IIT Madras from 2017 to 2019. During the year of 2018, they also studied Global Business Policy and Strategy at The University of Tokyo. Earlier, from 2008 to 2012, Monisha earned a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the College of Engineering and Technology, Bhubaneswar. In 2006, they completed their Plus Two education in Science from BJB Junior College, Bhubaneswar. Monisha's primary education was at Kendriya Vidyalaya, where they completed their Matriculation from 1996 to 2006.

Monisha also holds additional certifications, including Tritiya Sopan from Bharat Scouts and Guides, obtained in April 2000. Monisha has also received a Certificate of Merit for Internship in Sports Journalism from Sportskeeda, although the specific timeline for obtaining this certification is not provided.
