Wayne Moore

Wayne Moore is the Founder and Managing Partner of Crux Capital, where they focus on investing in and growing lower-middle-market businesses. With a background in finance dating back to 2001, Wayne has co-founded successful hedge funds and served in various leadership roles, including Chairman of the Board at Superscapes, Inc. and Uncommon Brands. They have extensive experience in private equity and have held positions at prominent firms such as Carlson Capital and Saunders Karp & Megrue. Wayne graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas A&M University in 2001.
