Laura Thomas

Laura Thomas has extensive experience in claims management and legal indemnity, currently serving as Head of Claims at Superscript since January 2022, and simultaneously as Market Collaboration Lead at iDAWN since March 2020. Previously, Laura held the position of Head of Claims at Westcor International, managing a significant caseload of legal indemnity claims and leading initiatives to enhance data reporting and client relationships. Laura's prior roles at Aviva and other firms involved overseeing property claims, improving operational efficiencies, and developing training programs. Laura holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Lincoln and has completed various legal training courses, demonstrating a strong commitment to legal and professional development.
