Olivia Goodman

Olivia Goodman is an accomplished People Director currently leading at Superscript since August 2022, with extensive experience in driving people strategies within scaling and high-growth organizations. Prior roles include Chief People Officer and Head of People Team at ZAVA, as well as Global SVP People and Global People Director at Unruly. Previous experience also encompasses HR Manager positions at Naked Communications and Mind Candy, an HR Administrator role at Media Arts Lab, and a Graduate Recruitment Coordinator position at Goldman Sachs. Olivia holds an undergraduate degree in History and Classical Literature from the University of Leeds and completed an Erasmus Year in European Law at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
