Blake Rainey

Blake Rainey is a seasoned animation professional with extensive experience in various roles within the industry. Currently serving as Lead Animator at Superseed Studios since May 2020, Blake has also worked as a Freelance Animator since July 2016. Previous positions include Character Animator at Studio Local, Animator at Sony Pictures Imageworks, Animation Programme Coordinator and Lecturer at Animation College, and Animator/CG Generalist at Games Lab. Initial experience includes a role as Junior Animator/Layout Artist at Oktobor, contributing to productions such as Kung Fu Panda: Legends of Awesomeness, Penguins of Madagascar, and Monsters vs. Aliens. Blake holds diplomas in Applied Animation and Digital Media from Freelance Animation School, completed between 2009 and 2011.
