Matt McLaughlin

Matt McLaughlin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in resource operations and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Resource Operations at Superside since October 2025, Matt previously held multiple leadership roles at OLIVER Agency, including Global Capacity Director and Head of Resourcing for North America. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Project Manager at McCann Erickson and Siegel+Gale, as well as Project Manager at Tag and Marketing Coordinator at DCAK-MSA Architecture and Engineering. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and International Business from the University of Delaware and a Master of Urban Planning with a focus on Economic Development and Environmental Sustainability from Hunter College.
