Yannis Moros

Yannis Moros has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Yannis currently works at Superside as a Lead Analytics Engineer and Data Scientist. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Data Scientist at the same company. Yannis also held roles at INDEV SOFTWARE SA, where they worked as a Lead Analyst and Data Scientist, focusing on areas such as digital analytics, digital marketing, and business intelligence. Earlier in their career, Yannis worked at the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) as a Senior Digital Performance Analyst and Scientific Officer, where they conducted performance analysis, web analytics, and operational research for digital services. Yannis also gained experience working as a Research Intern at The City of Edinburgh Council, where they developed an optimized vehicle routing algorithm. Yannis also held a managerial position at G. Moros & Co., where they provided strategic consulting in the aftermarket automotive parts industry.

Yannis Moros has a Master of Science (MSc) in Operational Research with Computational Optimization from The University of Edinburgh, which they obtained from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Science (MSc) in Statistics with specialization in Quantitative Methods in Decision Making (part-time) from Athens University of Economics and Business between 2009 and 2012. Yannis also holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Statistics from Athens University of Economics and Business from 2004 to 2009. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including the Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google in March 2016, and various online courses related to machine learning, statistical inference, and data analysis from Coursera in 2017.
