Rob founded 1000 Paper Planes Design, offering consultancy in game design with a focus on multiple business models across various platforms, and also served as Creative Mentor at Pixel Blimp. Previous roles include Game Director at Electric Square, Design Lead at Microsoft, and numerous positions at Lionhead Studios and Big Blue Box Studios, spanning combat design and level design. Rob's entrepreneurial journey began with the establishment of Hand Painted Dog, providing freelance game design services to the industry.
