Robert Leshner has a diverse work experience spanning from 2007 to the present. Robert started their career as a Project Manager at Discover Financial Services and later moved on to roles such as Principal at HPM Partners LLC, Founder of Safe Shepherd, and Product Lead at Postmates. In 2016, they became the Co-Chair of the San Francisco Revenue Bond Oversight Committee. In 2017, they founded Compound Labs, an open-source, autonomous protocol for developers in the financial sector. Robert also served as a Partner at Robot Ventures before eventually becoming the CEO of Superstate in 2023.

Robert Leshner has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, which they obtained in 2007. Robert is also a Chartered Financial Analyst certified by the CFA Institute.
