Tom Sheeter has had a varied career. Tom began their professional life in 1979 as a Circus Clown for Ringling Bros Barnum & Bailey Circus. In 1988, they worked as a Securities Processor for Charles Schwab. From 1989 to the mid-90s, they were a stand-up comedian and freelance television writer, and was nominated for a CableAce Award in the Best Comedy Writing Category for Deep Dish TV. In 2001, they worked as a Production Manager/Account Executive for Jupiterimages (formerly PictureArts). Tom then worked as a Sales Manager for Transtock in 2003, followed by an Account Executive role for SuperStock, Inc. in 2004. From 2007 to 2009, they were an Account Executive for Art Life Images.com. From 2013 to 2017, they were an Administrative Director for Entertainment. Since 2017, they have been represented by Digi Talent Management as an Actor at Screen Actors Guild. Tom also works for SuperStock as an Account Manager and Clearance and Licensing Consultant & Superstock Blog Writer, serving production teams under pressure and minimizing their risks by delivering fast access to resources and thorough and reliable support through clearance and licensing. Ongoing relationships include Warner Bros., ABC/Disney, Amazon Studios, TBWA/Chiat/Day and Sony Pictures.
Tom Sheeter attended Ringling Bros Barnum & Bailey Clown College, Santa Monica College, and West Los Angeles College, where they studied Drama and English.
