Nigel Parsons is an experienced culinary professional with a background in various prestigious roles within the industry. Beginning as a sous chef at Sir Terrance Conran's Chop House from September 2003 to November 2004, Nigel then progressed to a senior chef position at Huntsman Inn and Hotel from July 2011 to July 2012. Currently, Nigel serves as head chef at Woodfield Farm Catering since June 2011, managing three kitchens and overseeing nineteen chefs in a busy gastro pub environment, focusing on high-quality food production while maintaining cost and hygiene standards. Additionally, since October 2019, Nigel has been the Executive Chef and owner of SuperValue, a coffee shop offering handmade organic products. Nigel holds a Professional Cookery degree from Cambourne College of Catering and a Bachelor's Degree with distinction in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology.
