SupervisionFit is a fit-based supervision matching system built for Florida Qualified Supervisors and registered interns.

Most supervisors know what it is like to spend time emailing, scheduling consults, and trying to understand fit from limited information, only to realize later that something important does not quite line up.

SupervisionFit replaces guesswork with earlier alignment. Supervisors and interns complete structured intakes describing supervision style, clinical focus, expectations, and practical considerations. Introductions happen only when alignment is clear.

The goal is not just more conversations, but ones that are actually worth your time.

Built by a licensed therapist and grounded in real clinical practice and Florida supervision requirements, SupervisionFit is designed to respect professional judgment, reduce unnecessary administrative labor, and support supervision relationships built to last.

Supervisors who want to approach matching with more clarity and intention can complete the structured intake to participate in early rollout.
