Benjamin Rivera is a Senior Operations and Supply Chain Leader with expertise in waste reduction, sustainability, and leading teams through change. They have held positions at companies such as TouchPoint Medical, where they served as Operations Director and successfully orchestrated facility acquisitions and improved on-time delivery scores. Benjamin also spent time at Dell as a Senior Operations Manager, overseeing production operations and maintaining high product quality. They completed a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration at the University of Florida and participated in the intensive Operations Management Leadership Program at GE. Currently, they are the Director of Global Operations at SupplyPoint.
