Ruhani Singh

Ruhani Singh is a skilled professional with a background in biotechnology and experience in bioinformatics and data analysis. Ruhani served as a Bioinformatician at Sharda University from May 2025 to October 2025, where a pipeline for RNA-seq analysis was developed, integrating tools such as FastQC and DESeq2, along with automated reporting. Prior to this role, a summer internship focused on computational biology involved drug discovery techniques, including ligand screening and molecular docking. Currently, Ruhani is employed as a Data Analyst at SupplyCopia since October 2025 and previously worked as a Microbiology Technician at SSB Healthcare in June and July 2024. Ruhani holds a Bachelor of Technology in Biotechnology from Sharda University and a High School Diploma from BVM School.
