Javier Rendon

Javier Rendon has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the customer support and consulting fields. Javier is currently serving as Senior Director of SaaS Customer Services at Supplyframe since March 2021. Prior to that, they founded Lancier, Business Consulting & Leadership Coaching in 2019. Before that, from 2015 to 2019, they worked at Elementum SCM, where they held the positions of Head of Client Services and Head of Customer Support. Javier also worked at ServiceSource as Senior Director of Global Customer Support from 2012 to 2014 and as Director of Global Customer Support and Director of Operations & Implementation from 2006 to 2012. Earlier in their career, they worked at CSC Computer Sciences Corporation as a Senior Consultant and Staff Consultant from 2003 to 2006. Javier also worked at Intel Corporation as the Manager of eCommerce Software Implementation from 1998 to 2001 and as a Sales Engineer from 1996 to 1998.

Javier Rendon holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Davis, which they obtained from 1990 to 1995. Javier further pursued higher education at Northwestern University, graduating with a Master of Engineering Management from the McCormick School of Engineering and a Master of Management and Manufacturing (MBA & MEM) from the Kellogg School of Management in 2003. Javier also completed the Executive Coaching Institute Certification from the University of California, Berkeley's Haas School of Business in 2014. Additionally, they obtained certifications as an Executive Coach from the Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute in 2014 and as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach from the Co-Active Training Institute in 2011.
