Joris Monard

Joris Monard is an experienced Human Resources professional, currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Supplyframe since January 2022. Prior to this role, Joris held various positions at Siemens Digital Industries Software from October 2011 to January 2022, notably as HR Manager for the Netherlands and South Africa, where leadership in building a scalable HR organization during a period of rapid growth was demonstrated. Joris also contributed to M&A activities as the HR integration lead for Mendix, while also serving in roles such as HR Business Partner for France and Talent Acquisition Manager for EMEA. Additional experience includes a brief tenure as Interim Global Talent Acquisition Lead at Mendix and a background in HR consulting and recruitment with Cross International and Randstad. Joris holds multiple degrees in Human Resources Management from Katholieke Hogeschool Leuven and Antwerp Management School.
