Helen Lear

Helen Lear currently serves as the Public Relations and Communications Manager at APRA AMCOS, a position held since July 2024. In addition, Helen is a Fundraising Advisory Committee Member for Ausmusic T-Shirt Day at Support Act, where roles also include Communications & Marketing Manager. Previously, Helen managed marketing and fundraising efforts at Kiama Community Radio while serving on its Governance Committee. Additionally, Helen has operated as a Communications Consultant, providing strategic services to various clients, including notable institutions and festivals. Past writing roles encompass freelance positions for Global Social 101, The Music, and Broadsheet Media. Helen holds a BA in American Studies from Liverpool Hope University and has completed further education through RMIT Online in early 2024.
