Andrew Rios

Andrew Rios, MSML, is an accomplished professional in customer experience and management with extensive expertise across various roles. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience at Cityside Fiber since April 2024, Rios also contributes as a mentor at Mentors CX and is a member of Support Driven and ElevateCX, fostering community engagement in the customer support field. As the founder of RIOS MGMT since August 2017, Rios provides consulting services in talent management and organizational development. Notable past positions include Vice President of Client Experience at NINJIO, Director of Technical Services at Turntide Technologies, and VP of Customer Advocacy at Avocado Green Brands, along with significant experience at Fitbit in customer experience and validation roles. Rios holds a Master’s degree in Management and Leadership from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Management from DeVry University.
