Andrew Spittle has extensive experience in customer support and artificial intelligence, currently serving as the Head of Artificial Intelligence at Automattic since May 2010. Prior roles at Automattic include Head of Customer Support and Trust & Safety, Happiness Team Lead, and Happiness Engineer. Additionally, Andrew Spittle has been an advisor for Support Driven since 2015 and previously held the position of Hosting Director at CoPress from June 2009 to March 2010. Andrew Spittle earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics, History, and Education from Whitman College, completing studies in 2010.
