Ben Devey is an experienced professional in customer experience management, currently serving as the Senior Director of Customer Experience at Ollie since December 2021 and previously held the position of Director of Customer Experience. Ben is also a member of Support Driven, a community focused on transforming the Customer Support industry. Prior to Ollie, Ben worked at KURU Footwear from July 2016 to December 2021, where responsibilities included managing the contact center and overseeing Voice of Customer initiatives. Earlier roles included a Team Leader position at Discover Financial Services, where Ben successfully transformed a low-performing team into a top-performing one, and Sales Manager at DIRECTV, responsible for managing a large call center. Ben’s career began in customer service at Discover Financial Services, where coaching and account management were key responsibilities. Ben holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Utah, earned in 2012.
