Christopher Barajas has extensive experience in customer support and digital systems management. Since May 2010, Christopher has served as Support Manager at Rogue Amoeba, after initially starting as a Support Tech. Concurrently, Christopher has been a member of Support Driven since April 2016. Prior experience includes managing digital systems and publications for The Episcopal Church from April 2010 to February 2014, where responsibilities included document production for the triennial General Convention and project management for supporting systems. Christopher also worked at Apple Inc. from July 2005 to May 2010, holding roles as a Genius, Mac Genius, and Mac Specialist, providing support for Mac hardware and software solutions. Educational credentials include a BA in Philosophy from St. Francis College and various courses from Big Nerd Ranch, including Beginning Ruby on Rails and Beginning iPhone Bootcamp.
