Conor Pendergrast is a seasoned professional in customer support and experience, currently serving as the Founder of CustomerSuccess.cx and Co-Founder of Hammer & Spark Consulting while also mentoring at Mentors CX. With over 15 years of experience, Conor has a strong background, including significant roles at Expensify as a Senior Leader in Customer Success and as a mentor to numerous colleagues. Previous leadership experience includes CEO of Resiflex Ltd and Director of Information and Communication at Positive Care Ireland. Conor's educational credentials include a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Finance from the Irish Management Institute, a Master's in Political Psychology from Queen's University Belfast, and a BA in Psychology from University College Dublin, complemented by an Erasmus exchange at Université catholique de l'Ouest.
