Génesis Celis has extensive experience in multimedia management, user experience, and content production across various organizations since 2014. Currently, Génesis serves as a Member at Support Driven, a community specializing in Customer Support and Success, and as a Creative Director and Tech Producer at Nareatech, where impactful learning experiences have been co-designed and produced for a global audience of 100,000 learners. Previous roles include User Experience Lead at Radius Group, where customer satisfaction was prioritized, and Content Manager - Customer Support at Praset, where responsibilities included managing digital marketing projects for prominent brands. As a Multimedia Manager for Profesional Independiente, Génesis has worked on diverse projects involving digital marketing and content editing in multiple countries. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Universidad Central de Venezuela and further studies at Escuela de Arte Multimedial Da Vinci.
