Jonna Tolvanen

Jonna Tolvanen is an experienced Product Manager at K15t since April 2025 and has been a member of Support Driven since October 2018, contributing to a community focused on Customer Support and Success. Previously, Jonna served as a Customer Support Advisor at Fluent in Support from January 2019 to January 2025, optimizing support operations to enhance customer loyalty. As Head of Platform Support at smartclip from June 2023 to November 2023, Jonna achieved a significant reduction in response time and established SLAs. During a notable tenure at ALSO Group, Jonna held multiple leadership roles including Head of Customer Service Quality and Head of Customer Support, successfully scaling support operations and implementing quality programs across numerous countries. Jonna's earlier career included key positions at Uberall and Nervogrid, laying a strong foundation in customer operations and technical support.
