Kat Frize serves as the Chief Operating Officer at the Centre for ADHD Research and Excellence (CARE ADHD), a leading healthtech startup in the UK focused on transforming ADHD care. With extensive experience in customer experience and operational leadership, Kat has previously held key roles including Head of Customer Experience at CARE ADHD, Customer Success Lead at Resource Guru, and Co-Founder of Redwood Home Care. Kat's journey also includes significant contributions at Sonodrome as Director, UNITH as Senior Operations and Head of Product, and founding Lightning Transcription. Educational achievements include a BA Hons in Music, Technology and Innovation, an Innovation Fellowship from the Institute of Digital Innovation, and a Certificate in Management from the Institute of Leadership and Management.
