Neal Travis

Neal Travis is the Head of Customer Experience at AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR, where responsibilities include maximizing member value and leading Customer Support, Community, and Coaching teams. Previous roles at AIHR include Manager of Customer Experience and Manager of Support & Admissions, focusing on building scalable support functions and optimizing customer interactions. As the Founder of Growth Support, Neal is developing a Resource Library aimed at supporting individuals in building support functions and pursuing professional development. Additional ventures include serving as a fractional operations and go-to-market strategist for Pretty Prompt, writing for Supported Content, and mentoring at Mentors CX. Past experience encompasses training and managing teams in sales roles at Wireless Advocates. Neal holds an Advanced Academic Diploma from Escondido Charter High School.
