Shiva Kannan

Shiva Kannan is a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer at Qorvo, Inc., with experience in supporting technical needs for employees and managing IT infrastructure in the EMEA region. Shiva is also a member of Support Driven, a community focusing on customer support and success, which has facilitated mentorship opportunities. Shiva's previous roles include IT Support Intern at Quality Tractor Parts Ltd., where oversight of servers and virtual machines was managed; Security Officer at Bidvest Noonan; and Technical Support Analyst for the Government of India's MSME, handling IT administration and software maintenance. Early experience includes a Research Internship at the Indian Institute of Remote Sensing under ISRO. Shiva holds an MSc in Networking and Information Security from Griffith College Limerick and multiple degrees in computer science from institutions in India, including a Master of Computer Application from Pondicherry University.
