Support & Growth was founded in 2018 in Toronto, Ontario, by a small group of therapists passionate about helping others. Since inception, we’ve grown from a small team of therapists with multiples locations in the Greater Toronto Area to online therapy, and over 80 dedicated therapists from coast-to-coast.

We are on a mission to provide all people with convenient access to affordable, high-quality culturally responsive mental health care.
