Tine Gillo

Tine Gillo is currently a Senior Talent Scout at Support Shepherd. Prior to this, they worked as a Technical Recruiter for Information Professionals, Inc. from October 2018 to December 2021. In this role, they were responsible for sourcing resumes on assigned jobs using different job boards and channels to find candidates who are qualified and are the best match to Client specifications. Tine also executed sourcing strategies to produce qualified candidates for given job requisitions, maintained and shared knowledge of recruiting trends and best practices, and generated and maintained a pipeline of qualified candidates from different channels. Additionally, Tine screened resumes ensuring the match of candidate qualifications and job requisitions from clients, conducted phone screening to pre-screen candidates, verified their qualifications, and coordinated interview schedules between candidates and clients.

Prior to their role at Information Professionals, Inc., Tine worked as a Branch Operations Assistant at Acts Achi & Ahia Inc. from June 2017 to June 2018. In this role, they were responsible for providing administrative support to the branch manager and tellers by handling customer inquiries, preparing reports, and processing transactions. Additionally, they assisted in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.

Before their time at Acts Achi & Ahia Inc., Tine worked as a Recruitment Associate at Cloud Employee from October 2016 to March 2017. In this role, they were responsible for screening candidate applications, conducting initial interviews, and performing reference checks. Additionally, they assisted in the creation of job descriptions, posting of job ads, and maintenance of the applicant tracking system.

Tine Gillo has a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Informatics International College. Tine is also certified by Nexus Education as a Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA). Additionally, Tine has two certifications from TESDA: Technical Education and Skills Development Authority in Creative Web Design and Web Development Level III.
