Chief Executive Officer at Support Your Way

Luke David has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Luke started their career in 2017 as a Map Your Future Project Assistant at the Youth Disability Advocacy Service, where they contributed to the program's workshops and provided individual coaching for participants. Luke also worked as a Map Your Future Facilitator, delivering workshops on the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and self-advocacy.

In 2018, Luke became the National Director of the National Electric Wheelchair Sports (N.E.W.S), where they coordinated the annual wheelchair sporting competition and chaired the Sports Committee. Luke also served as an Athlete, Captain, and All-Australian team member for the Victorian Electric Wheelchair Sports Association, participating in Powerchair Hockey and Football. Additionally, Luke was the President of Powerchair Sports Victoria, leading the organization in creating more sporting opportunities for powerchair users in Victoria.

Most recently, Luke has been working as the Chief Operating Officer at Support Your Way, a disability support service provider. In this role, they assist participants in accessing community services and ensures smooth operations within the organization.

Luke David has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, which they earned from La Trobe University in 2017. In 2013, they completed an Advanced Diploma in Information Technology: System Process Improvement at Melbourne Polytechnic. Prior to that, in 2012, they obtained Certificate II & III in Information Technology from KANGAN. Luke's earliest education history includes attending Bundoora Secondary College from 2005 to 2009.
